Great Price Sony HTDDW995
Sony HTD-DW995 Full HD 1080p Component Home Theater System Review

If not for the difficulty in coupling this would have given 5 stars. the instructions confusing, do not say enough to explain in simple language how to connect components, needless to say, I have to install audio systems for 20 years, so I had to discover things for themselves. When I connected everything with everything, my cable box via HDMI and my Sony BDP 30 Blu-ray disc, I could not get the sound, picture alone, I always try, just to the point where I was to reachpackaging and send it, finally, after trial and error, I have to work.
Well, I must say that this system ROCKS! With the sound through HDMI, which is strong, I read the other reviews say, the volume to 50-60 would know, this is true, if the audio data through analog or coaxial audio, HDMI is not but disappoint.
Unlike the crappy instructions, the only thing that you can not use this system as a switch on the device and the SubwofferManually
This is quite annoying. Bottom line, I recommend patience when you have this home theater system for $ 359 you can not go wrong.

Great for Gaming – Aleister D. Narine – Brooklyn, NY USA
I bought this mainly video game on Xbox 360 and PS3 games to make this approach has not been difficult for me and I've done in my bedroom lounge, I must say that it is a force large enough and have worked very sweet is the maximum volume of about 60, but on average I use about 24, I would recommend reading the manual because there are a lot of features and settings that can be confused with the calabration car is pretty sweet. subwoffer and does what is likely to do so, maybe adjusted according to your wishes. For the price this is great.
Still can’t quite make my mind up on this one. – Amanda Dixon – OR, USA
I bought this after careful examination, for a main reason – the HDMI connection. I had the Bose and other systems that was fine with Sony DVD player, but nothing else. I am not a techno-geek …. I can just to keep up Pro Logic vs Dolby Digital vs. DTS …..
I had and working conditions for 3-4 months with Rocketfish wireless rear speakers and a Sony XBR TV, PS3, Comcast box, DVD player & Media Streamer Roku Soundbridge connected (I love) my toys.
– It gives you more feel. Before the XBR, built in clay (which is not stingy, I might add) is really notice the difference in bass, volume and surround effect.
– The connections are excellent …….. many, many options.
– Seems irrelevant.
– There are many, many, to play the Options menu.
I like it so much:
– On a few occasions I have started playing a slight delay in communication, if it ranthis (in relation to the TV from), so that the lip sync was a little 'out. Fiddling with the TV settings seem to be cured.
– I could not (and may still) do not use the auto-calibration for the job, it keeps erroring out for a number of reasons.
– I must admit that underwhelmed by the sound. Also on Blu-Ray discs, not so much for the surround sound "wow" that these events have in store. It 'quite strong, but lacks support Blu Ray.
– With the various sourcesThey want / need to change the bass / treble settings. The absence of a dedicated button on the front means that the menu …. wading bit 'of pain.
– As others have noted that you really need to turn up the volume to 80% or more to be done, a good listener.
It may sound too negative, but the negatives are relatively low.
For me, the kitchen is the price. For the price this is a good system, and best of crap underneath. Will youfactor "wow" of $ 1000 + systems can not ……… do.
Great System for the money (on sell 9 shipped) – G. Ferguson – NC USA
This is great, I bought it for my second PS3 setup and could not be happier. Has HDMI and a microphone and auto-calibration feature, which is very nice. The display can be a bit 'more up to date, or if more graphic capabilities, but what gets the job done and is not otherwise most other systems on the market. The stock speakers worked gret for my application and in the smaller room (15×15), is much stronger, even on low settings, like 15, I never walked about 20 volumeand goes like 60 +, ideal for a setup installer PS3 or Blu Ray in the small room or large space, can not beat the price on Amazon for a complete system in a box with free shipping and no tax. Great quality as always from Sony, good looking, buying new.
